How we can help

How the training works

A 5-hour course for category B holders aged 25 or over with no motorcycle experience who want to gain knowledge, control and confidence before facing the road alone. We start with 1 hour of online theory and then move on to 4 hours of practice, adapted to your experience and progress.

5 hours · 1h online + 4h practical · €160

  1. Know

    1 hour · Online

Before you ride, we cover the essentials for using a motorcycle more safely, in three areas:

    • Gear: helmet, gloves, jacket and protection, suitable footwear and visibility
    • Road signs and rules particularly relevant to motorcyclists
    • Mechanics and basic checks: tyres, brakes, lights, drive chain, fluid levels, controls and signs of a fault
  2. Prepare

    Practical

The instructor introduces the bike and its controls before you ride.

    • Riding position and foot placement
    • Throttle, clutch and front and rear brakes
    • Gearbox, where applicable
    • Moving off and stopping
    • Posture and where to look
  3. Control

    Practice in a suitable area

You gain control of the bike before riding in traffic, with difficulty increasing at your pace.

    • Balance and low speed
    • Coordinating throttle and clutch
    • Gear changes and braking
    • Bends and slalom
    • U-turns and manoeuvres
    • Correct use of vision
  4. Ride

    On-road practice

When the instructor considers it safe, you move on to real traffic situations.

    • Positioning, observation and mirrors
    • Signalling manoeuvres
    • Junctions, roundabouts and turns
    • Safe distance and speed
    • Anticipating other drivers
    • Interacting with cars, heavy vehicles, pedestrians and cyclists
    • Higher-risk situations for motorcyclists
  5. Gain confidence

    Practice + feedback

We consolidate what you have worked on. The instructor shows you your main progress and what you should keep improving.

Adapted to your level

Never ridden a motorcycle? We start from the beginning.

This training is designed for people who have never ridden a motorcycle. The practice adapts to your pace, confidence and progress.

We only move onto the road when the instructor considers you have enough control of the bike to do so safely.

Category B licence and aged 25+?

With a category B licence and aged at least 25, you can already ride a 125. This training gives you the technique and confidence that your car licence didn't teach you.

First you understand. Then you apply it.
